Complimentary Hearing Instrument Check-ups
We have an extensive follow-up program with all our current and new patients. We don’t want to just “sell” you a hearing instrument; we want to be your hearing health care center for hearing loss. These services are complementary; as a way of thanking you for allowing us to assist with solving your hearing health care issues.
Our follow-up program consists of the following:
- One Week checkup to assess any and all issues during the first week you have worn your hearing instruments
- Two-Week checkup to further fine tune your hearing instruments
- 30-Day Checkup – to assess and review any and all hearing issues – make adjustments
- 3-4 Month Checkups – We want to monitor your hearing loss and making sure that your current hearing instruments are performing to their best.
At a minimum, we want to see you and your hearing instruments three (3) to four (4) times per year. Again, those checkups are complimentary.
