- You must be at least 18 years old
- Your vision/prescription has been stable for at least one year
- Your eyes should be otherwise healthy
- The cornea must have sufficient thickness
- You should have no evidence of collagen vascular or autoimmune disease (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc)
- You should not be pregnant or nursing
- You should not have a recent history of herpes infection of the eye
